I'm Peggy Girault — your wellness detective. Hypnotherapist and coach specialized in eating behaviors, neuroscience, and microbiota.

I’ve been through this battle myself. In 2017, I gained 17 kg in one year due to burnout, chronic stress, and gut imbalance. No diet worked. I was exhausted. No one had an answer.

So I began investigating my own body. I studied neuroscience, gut analysis, micronutrition, and hypnosis. I regained my energy, my healthy weight, and long-lasting well-being.

Now I help women like me break free from weight, stress, and fatigue — by working with their bodies, not against them.

I helped Laetitia Dupinet lose 50 kg and leave a stressful job. Today, we support women together!

I, Peggy, detect invisible blockages and put in place a personalised strategy for sustainable weight loss. I don't stop at the surface: I dig, I search, I analyse, until together we find the key that will enable you to lose weight naturally.

I don't impose a generic plan on you. Together we build a path that's tailored to your body, your pace and your needs.

Laetitia will help you apply this strategy on the ground, with daily support and a gentle return to physical activity.

She's there to give you a boost, support you and guide you step by step. She will lead specially-tailored sports sessions over video and support you on the Skool app, where she is available every day to motivate you.
