Who am I and how can I help you?

I am Peggy Giraulthypnotherapist specialising in motivation, eating behaviour and applied neuroscience.

Before accompanying women in their transformation, I myself sought to transforming fleeting motivation into lasting determination. After years of research and practice with sportswomen, entrepreneurs and women wishing to regain control over their lives, I have come to understand that motivation is not a question of willpower, but of mental and physiological reprogramming.

Today, I work with women who want to free themselves from this lack of motivation and move forward calmly towards their slimming and well-being objectives.
